LEED®

The Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED®), developed by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), is the nationally accepted benchmark for the design, construction, and operation of high performance green buildings.

If a LEED® certification is a consideration, there is a very specific approach that must be used. Estes' team of experienced LEED® accredited professionals assist our clients with the development and implementation of strategies specific to a project in order to facilitate sustainability objectives and LEED® requirements.

Whether it is early in the conceptual phase of the project or later in the lifecycle, Estes works closely with the owner and the team members to evaluate cost and benefit of green-alternatives. The Estes approach is unique and assigns a value to each LEED® point, so the client may understand the most cost-effective solution to achieve the desired level of LEED® certification.
